Michigan Apple Fest will be here before we know it, and it's packed with all kinds of family-friendly fun for you and your kiddos to enjoy!
Family Haybale Hayride - This is an all-new free activity at Michigan Apple Fest! This hayride will take you around Sparta to see some of the incredible haybales decorated by our community! The wagon will stop at a few of the bales so you can get out, take a closer look, and get some pictures with your family. Then, you can go back to the festival and vote for your favorite one!
Friday, 4-8; Saturday, 12-7; Pick up and drop off in Balyeat Field
Inflatable Fun - This area was a favorite among the kiddos last year! With various inflatable slides, obstacle courses, and more, it's a ton of fun for kids! It's $5 per person for 15 minutes or $10 per person for unlimited time.
Friday, 4-8; Saturday, 11-7; In Balyeat Field
Kid's Tractor Pulls hosted by Austin Diesel - Whether your kids are competitive or if they're just looking for a good time, this event is fun for all! This is an exciting contest to see which kiddo can pedal their tractor the furthest! Kids compete within age groups with boys and girls separate. Ages: 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, & 9-10
Friday, Registration starts at 4:30 & Contest starts at 5:30; In the Balyeat Field South Lot
Apple Pie Eating Contest - Would it even be Michigan Apple Fest without the apple pie eating contest?? Compete to see who can finish a slice of pie the fastest! Even the slowest eaters win this contest because they get to eat a delicious piece of pie! There's an adult division too, so everyone in the family can join in the fun!

Kid's Harvest Events - We've got some free fun planned including Apple Box Tractor Rides, Pony Rides, and a Petting Zoo for families to enjoy at Michigan Apple Fest!
