As a gateway to “the Ridge“, a geographically prime and pristine area for growing fruits and vegetables, Sparta is a perfect place to find fresh picked and u-pick grown crops each Fall, follow color tours bursting with brilliant reds and yellows, and create a memory picking out your very own pumpkin to carve.  In addition to the world class farmers markets and farm tours, the Harvest on the Ridge BBQ Contest held in downtown Sparta is an attraction for locals and visitors alike to smell and experience the professionals at work.  In addition, downtown Sparta will be the host of the Art in the Park Show hosted by the Regional Arts Guild of Sparta, live music, kids games, and much more.

The Regional Arts Guild in Sparta welcomes your participation in the  annual Art in the Park during the new Harvest on the Ridge Festival. 

Our show will be held from 9am-5pm in Rogers Park on Saturday, September 26^th.   A circular drive throughout the park encourages easy set-ups and teardowns.

Trash and clean restroom facilities will be available.
