Don’t have a Pink Dress to wear? Find something pink and prepare for an afternoon of Fundraising as participants visit local bars and restaurants to raise money for the Sparta Relay for Life on Saturday, May 29, 2010 starting at Noon. This is an event you do not want to miss!

The American Cancer Society is proud to announce the Third Annual Relay For Life of Sparta! This unique 24 hour event will take place June 12th & 13th, 2008 from Noon to Noon at the Sparta High School Track. Teams can be made up of family, friends, co-workers or community groups. Wednesday evenings in June, July, & August in the beautifully renovated Rogers Park, the Sparta Chamber of Commerce features a variety of musical groups with activities for children of all ages! Bring your lawn chairs and blankets and enjoy an evening of free entertainment for the entire family.

Sparta Town & Country Days
July 14 – 18, 2010!

Town & Country Days, a week long festival held each July draws visitors throughout West Michigan for a carnival, tons of live entertainment, kids activities and food! This is a time when the Sparta area celebrates its Town & Country heritage through this exciting community event in downtown Sparta! Daffodil Hill Planting

Plant free Daffodils – 11 am to 1 pm – in Rogers Park in memory of a friend or loved one the last Saturday in September and wait until the first signs of Spring for the Daffodils to bloom.
