Dirty Apple Online Registration This is a 2 mile combination road run and obstacle course that includes agility, strength, and speed! And like the name states, participants will get dirty! This course is designed to be both family friendly for all ages to participate in the Family Division and a competitive race for the single Participant and 4 Person Team Member Divisions. Registration begins at 7:30 am on Saturday, September 15 at the Sparta Civic Center at 75 N. Union, Sparta, MI 49345. Each preregistered participant will receive a limited edition Dirty Apple T-shirt, two beverage tickets good for water, pop, or alcoholic beverages (must have valid photo ID) at the Harvest Beverage Station in Roger's Park. Consider bringing extra clothes and towels to enjoy the rest of the festivities after the race. Dirty Apple Race Course: This run is a 2 mile run that includes a road run with 12 obstacles you will have to navigate through in order to complete the race! Please register as either a Single Participant, 4 Person Team, or the Family Division. Single Participants & 4 Member Teams (including Groupon 2 Man Teams, & Groupon 4 Member Teams): Single Participants and 4 Member Team Participants will compete through agility and strength during the obstacle course. Course obstacles may include the Apple Core Wall, conquering the Hay Bale Challange, and more. Each group will have a bracket competing system determined by age (2 and 4 Member Team brackets will be determined by age of oldest member of the team). Family Fun Division (including Groupon Family Fun Division): The Family Fun Division will be a shorter course, open to all ages including children, and will only include fun team building focused yard games for all ages and abilities to be able to participate. This is a non-competitive and non-timed Division where all ages are invited to participate in the fun together using team building to complete the Family Dirty Apple like its done on "The Ridge!" The Family Fun Division will have complete fun challenges such as shoot the Apple Sauce basketball and conquer the Hay Bale Wall, and other family obstacles in addition to running from obstacle to obstacle. This division will give participation awards and each person will receive the official Dirty Apple T-shirt. Running will still be part of the Family Fun Dirty Apple, but the obstacles will be appropriate for all ages. Participants will begin in waves through the obstacle course starting at 9 am and begin every 15 minutes. |
