Wednesday, June 27 will have a flavorful twist with a Chili Tasting Challenge from the local restaurants competing in a taste test at Sparta’s Concerts in the Park!  For $5.00 the public can get a taste of each restaurants chili and a bowl of your favorite.  All funds raised are used to help fund the free Concerts in Rogers Park each week!  Water, pop, and adult beverages will be sold in the Chili Corral, too!

Tasting starts at 6 pm with the winning restaurant announced at approx.7:30 pm.

The concert musical guest is Main Street, a popular country band.  Main Street has been a West Michigan powerhouse for almost fifteen years, and has featured a “Who’s Who?” of talented musicians from the Midwest.

If you are looking for a fun night out with free entertainment, Wednesday night Concert in Rogers Park is an easy choice.  The concert venue is located right next to a playground, ice cream shop, and Downtown Farmers Market with lots of fresh friuts and sweets to pick up on the way.  The park has convenient restrooms nearby and picnic tables, or bring a lawn chair to enjoy the show!
