Sparta 5^th Graders from Sparta Appleview Elementary enjoyed the 17^th Annual Historic Sparta Walking Tour. Historic interpreters, vintage cars, and a story-telling Civil War soldier in Greenwood Cemetery- all combined for an enjoyable early May afternoon stroll downtown and in the neighborhoods of Sparta.   Pictured here are several 5th grade students on the tour in downtown Sparta.
