Sparta Hosts Parks & Rec Survey

Are you a Sparta Village or Sparta Township resident?  If so, be sure to check out the 2011 Sparta Community Parks & Recreation Survey available HERE.  Paper copies are available in the Village Office, Township Office, and Sparta Library.   Surveys should be completed and returned or submitted by Dec. 18 to be included in the updated 2012-2017 Parks & Recreation Plan that is being created jointly for the Village of Sparta and Sparta Township.

The Parks & Recreation Plan for the Sparta Community is important because it helps plan for future park amenities, allows for better cooperation and collaboration between the Village and Township for services provided and to reduce duplicated services to neighboring communities, and gives the community more leverage for grants and program funds.
